LUNCH MENU

Please note the following lunches that will be available when you purchase a symposium ticket. These lunches will be ordered in advance and you will not be allowed to substitute lunches. When purchasing your symposium ticket, drop down the lunch menu choices to make your selection.

 

Roast Beef Sandwich (Gluten Free)
Roast beef, leafy lettuce, tomato on gluten-free bread. Chips. pickle and a gluten-free Cookie. Bottled water.
Turkey Wrap 
Roasted turkey breast, fresh-made guacamole, Roma tomatoes and organic field greens in an organic wheat wrap. Served with a side of fresh-made ranch dressing. Chips. Cookie. Bottled Water.
Spinach Veggie Wrap
Organic wheat wrap filled with organic spinach, fresh-made guacamole, pico de gallo, mushrooms and Asiago. Served with a side of fresh-made salsa. Chips.  Cookie.  Bottled water.
Nutty Mixed-Up Salad (Gluten Free)
Organic field greens, grapes, grilled, 100% antibiotic-free chicken breast (chilled), feta, nuts, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, organic apples and raisins with balsamic vinaigrette. Cookie.  Bottled water.
Chef Salad (Gluten Free) 
Premium ham, roasted turkey breast, Asiago, cheddar, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and hard-boiled egg slices on mixed salad greens with fresh-made ranch dressing. Cookie. Bottled water.
